Weather Policy
The Captain of the vessel has the ultimate decision regarding whether or not a sailing can proceed based on the weather conditions. Generally, we will not sail if winds exceed 25 kts, waves are larger than 1 metre and in thunder / lightning. Should we cancel an charter due to weather, you’ll be given the opportunity to re-book another time or receive a refund.

Passenger Conduct Policy
We expect our passengers to follow all regulations, the instructions and directions issued by the crew, and treat our crew members and fellow passengers with dignity and respect at all times. Abusive language or behavour directed towards our crew members or other passengers will not be tolerated. The Captain has the sole discretion to terminate a voyage due to passenger behavour without refund.

Privacy Policy
We take your personal information seriously. All contact information and personal details provided to us remains confidential and will not be shared with other businesses or organizations in accordance with the Privacy Act of Canada.

Drugs and Alcohol Policy
The consumption of drugs or alcohol onboard our vessels is prohibited.
Passengers suspected as being under the influence of drugs and alcohol will not be permitted proceed to sea for their own safety. Passenger embarkation onboard is at the sole discretion of the Captain.
